  I am highly disappointed. I went in today before you closed at 6pm and as I made my way to this GNC to pick up vitamins at 5:53PM and the store was completely locked up already closed and all lights turned off. The closing time is 6pm. As a consistent costumer and getting off work late from a training, I needed my vitamins and got there with 7 minutes to spare just as stated on your hours on your website you do not close until 6 PM but The employee had already left and closed up the whole store. As a business honoring your hours is highly important to customers coming based on the times your open.

  GNC is supposed to be a store focused on products to improve people’s health. I find it extremely odd that every time I walk by the employee’s NEVER have a mask on. Pre-March 2020, it would be very nice to walk by a store and see an employee greet you with a smile...now it’s actually frightening! There is a sign on the front door asking customers to wear masks for safety reasons but employees don’t have to? I work in the store just 2 spaces down, so I walk by GNC at least twice a day, 5 times a week. Your employees do not have masks on ever. You’re a health company. Why would health conscious people enter your store and put their well-being at risk around your non-mask wearing employees?

  GNC is a great store. But the selection is a bit limited compared to Vitamin Shop but what the heck. Its a classic.

  At first I was really happy about the purchase that my boyfriend made for me here at this location last Friday. He raved on and on about how he paid a lot of money for the products that he got and saying how I better use them because they're supposed to be the best of quality. Today I decided to look online to check on the product that he bought me and do some research on it to find out that he was completely over charged for the product. It's even more unfortunate to think that we may not be able to find the receipt and he paid in cash. How unfortunate is it that you can't even go to store with intention of spending your hard earned money on people that you are supposed to believe to be well intentioned. It's a rather unfortunate situation and I'm rather disappointed with the employees that are highbred here. Moral of the story always double check prices because you can't trust anyone and everyone just by their word.
