  Had a consultation and was told I MIGHT need a root canal. Turns out I did not need one. But they charged me for it along with over $2k for work I did not need or receive. Now they are giving me the run around about my refund.Apparently only one person knows how to do a refund and he is never there! Also, the wait time is terrible. They scheduled way too many patients for the same appt time so the dentists is running back and fourth from patient to patient. I was there for 3 hours and all I got was 2 fillings. And the bathroom didn’t have soap! The dentist is sweet but the facility is terrible. Just go to the Denton highway location. They’re more organized and cleaner!

  The staff is awesome and the doctor very gentle while working on his patients. Cindy the receptionist very helpful and friendly:)

  I will never go back there the dentist made me feel small as a ant I went to get a partial repair done he was so unprofessional told me I could sand my own partial tooth off and then he threw the partial on the table I had to say don't do that I was so sad and disappointed he has bad manners as a dentist you should know better we people not ants if it wasn't for the people coming in the dental office he wouldn't have a job they changed their name at the dental office but not their personality

  Horrible service my appointment was at 9am I was still in the waiting room at 9:45am very unorganized never coming here again …
