  Checked in as a walk in. After a while I realized they were very busy so I figured I would check out and make an appointment for another time. You can’t check out on the iPad that you checked in on. I knocked on the front desk window for help and a male voice told me to “go away.” I said “excuse me?” And he along with a female voice said “we are busy!” The whole waiting room heard. They was a nice elderly lady who needed help at the check in iPads but they weren’t going to help her because we were told to “go away.” So I left and tried to call customer service but you can’t get a human on the phone. Will not be returning to a quest location anywhere if that’s how they treat their patients. Have a little humanity people!

  Wonderful experience! The check-in process was seamless and the tech did a professional, painless job with ny small, rolling veins.
