  Quest needs to have better options for lab specimen drop offs. My lab work consisted of having to do a 24 hr urine sample. Zero appts available in any of the time slots at multiple locations for morning drop offs since I had to do this on a day I was able to work from home for the testing and since it needs to stay cool… so did a walk in with the hopes of being able to do this quickly. I have been at this location since they opened at 7:30 and the first on the standby list. I’m over 1.5 hrs into my wait for this drop off… even asked since the sign says to let the staff know if you have a timed test or specimen drop off. They didn’t care. Meanwhile the front desk lady is more worried about gossiping on the phone and I had to help a patient of theirs with the check in process..

  Same problem as last time. Absolutely zero friendliness, zero cheerfulness, zero appreciation of me as a client. Absolutely minimal human contact. Appointment setting was 100% automated (and the website was down for 24+ hours). Check in was 100% automated (zero assistance if you struggled with the check-in kiosk). Then the lab technician, Mandy; never said hello, never said a single cheerful thing, never looked at me as a person. I was simply a widget for her to process. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS VERY COLD AND INHUMAN. I have told my provider to never recommend Quest again.

  I would just like to say thank you to EVERBODY there!! Y'all are such pros, that I don't worry bout coming in. Also, everyone is so courteous & very friendly to talk with. Thank you for always giving me a pleasant experience there! Bonus: y'all are close by. God Bless🙏💯🌟👍☺️

  Totally overcrowded. This location gets homeless coming in begging for money. Wait time 30 minutes to an hour minimum even WITH appointment. Tech bruised arm and only used bandaid instead of wrap.Test results take longer than most labs. Prefer Labcorp. Won't ever return!

  Sharon was great! I have always been a hard stick, so she took the time to find my vein, and got me in one stick! I give 5 stars to Sharon! Now if Quest would just supply the bandage wrap, instead of that awful paper tape, I would give 5 stars! That paper tape is not going to work on someone like my Mom, who takes blood thinners! The tape never stays and she ends up bleeding through the gauze!
