  A complete hoax. They get you in just to take your money and offer zero help for your problems. I had a bad feeling about the whole set up of this place being tele-visit only and having to use a faulty portal system. Unfortunately i was right. They scammed me out of my money and won’t even allow me to log back into the portal. The “doctor” i spoke to was highly unqualified, unprofessional and offered no help. Please take this review to heart I would hate for anyone in need of mental health to be taken for their time and money the way they did me.

  I had an excellent experience at Pine Psychiatric Care. The convenience of scheduling and having my appointment from the comfort of my home was a game-changer. The platform was easy to navigate, and the video connection was smooth with no issues. Mercy Itesa was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. I appreciated how she explained everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.
