  They had several pieces of information recorded incorrectly and waited until the day of the appointment to call to say they didn’t accept the insurance. 2 months wasted and back to square one.

  Rudest office people. Too busy for patients but had food at their desk eating away. Doctor was amazing.

  Lost me as a patient. i pre verified with my new insurance that Dr Haden was a preferred provider, and that i did not need a referral from my primary doctor for the appointment. The admittance lady would not trust me, said that i would need to sign a waiver that i would pay the entire bill if my insurance did not pay it. I told her i would not, because i had already verified they would. She would not take the time to call my insurance co. to verify this. She did not trust me and respect my word, so i do not trust the practice, and left...Edit to owner response: There was no confusion whatsoever about referral requirements on my part, as I had placed Dr, Haden as my preferred allergist on my new plan. That's why my insurance company assured me that i did not need a referral from my primary care doctor. My word is my bond. Had you trusted me, or bothered to check with my insurance company, i would be your patient...new edit: to add insult to injury: this office actually billed my insurance company for the visit, even though they broke the visit contract by not accepting my visit due to me not signing the insurance waiver, and then not bothering to check with my insurance company to determine i was fully covered. after which i would have continued the appointment. I will report this to my insurance company.

  had a very disappointing experience with the front office staff at this doctor’s office. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during multiple phone interactions. I was hung up on four times, and one of my phone numbers was eventually blocked, which prevented me from addressing my concerns or receiving assistance. Regardless of the issue, patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. This experience made it extremely difficult to communicate and left me feeling unheard and disrespected. I hope management addresses these front-office practices to ensure better patient communication moving forward.
