    Warby Parker is genuinely the best experience I have ever had with an eye doctor, and the retail side is also phenomenal. There is never anyone pressuring me into more expensive frames, or anything like that. Everyone is so kind, and incredibly helpful! I am a walking commercial for them.

    Update: Just an update to the review below. 5 stars to 4 stars. Ordered 2 sets of glasses 2 weeks ago. In the past we have received the new glasses within the standard 2 week period if we don't choose expedited shipping. This time however, it has now been 2 weeks and the order is still in the "Building Frames" phase. Spoke to customer service online and they said sorry for the delay and that it will be another 10 days. 😵 I asked if they could at least expedite the shipping once the glasses are made since they delay has been with their labs. They said as a courtesy they would. I'm not sure what is going on but this is definitely going to make me think twice before I order from Warby Parker again. Normally they are not like this. I searched online and learned from others that many orders are now taking 4 to 6 weeks before being delivered? The staff at the stores need to share with customers about possible delays so they do not become upset when it may take a month and a half to receive their eyewear. 😕 Original Review: This Warby Parker location has always provided a great customer experience. The representatives are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. This was our 3rd visit to this location over the past few years and this was the best experience so far. We will definitely return to this location for our future eyewear needs. Thanks again for the great service.

    Love everything about this store! The exam was complete and the optometrist continued to try options till she found the perfect ones. Also love getting the opinions of the staff on glasses choices. Always end up with something fun!

    Incredible customer service, knowledgeable and patient management. Helpful staff that helped me make great choices. I was indecisive and both made me feel like the focus was on our needs and made sure they explained every option to make my glasses perfect for me!! This service was exemplary!!! Highly recommend. Great job FTW location!! Customer for life!!
