In the past we have received the new glasses within the standard 2 week period if we don't choose expedited shipping. This time however, it has now been 2 weeks and the order is still in the "Building Frames" phase. Spoke to customer service online and they said sorry for the delay and that it will be another 10 days. 😵 I asked if they could at least expedite the shipping once the glasses are made since they delay has been with their labs. They said as a courtesy they would. I'm not sure what is going on but this is definitely going to make me think twice before I order from Warby Parker again. Normally they are not like this. I searched online and learned from others that many orders are now taking 4 to 6 weeks before being delivered? The staff at the stores need to share with customers about possible delays so they do not become upset when it may take a month and a half to receive their eyewear. 😕 Original Review: This Warby Parker location has always provided a great customer experience. The representatives are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. This was our 3rd visit to this location over the past few years and this was the best experience so far. We will definitely return to this location for our future eyewear needs. Thanks again for the great service.
