- JCJason CannonDec 23, 20251.0To not get screwed on the prices you have to clip their digital coupons. Phones are extremely slow inside the store so it's very difficult to do once your in there. As if that's not frustrating enough, I had to scan a barcode of a sale item to get the digital coupon. It was not in the system. I took a picture and showed the cashier. She obviously had no idea how it worked. Since the picture also showed it was 4X points if you bought it, she thought I had to use 4 points to get the deal. She then wanted to give me a lesson on how to use the app. I told her to keep the pringles. I HATE THESE GIMMICKS! Could we please just get an HEB in fort worth please!!!

- CHChad HollingsworthDec 17, 20251.0I recently transferred my testosterone prescription from CVS to this pharmacy so that all of my medications would be filled at one location. Unfortunately, that decision appears to have been a mistake. This evening, I was assisted by a pharmacist who I believe may be new, as I had not encountered her previously. She questioned the validity and dosing of a prescription (testosterone) that has been consistently prescribed by my physician for nearly four years, stating she had “never seen” a prescription written this way. For clarity, my prescribed dosage is 0.5 mL administered twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays, which is a well-established and appropriate regimen as determined by my physician. It is not the role of a pharmacist to challenge or contradict a long-standing medical treatment plan without cause, nor to provide unsolicited opinions that conflict with a licensed physician’s judgment. This interaction was unprofessional and concerning. As a result, I am seriously considering transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I expect pharmacists to accurately dispense medications and, do their job. You’re not a doctor.
