    After far too long away from the gym, I finally decided to take the plunge and sign up. I couldn’t have chosen a better place or coach than Isaac at The Perfect Workout. From the very first session, Isaac’s patience and kindness made an intimidating experience feel entirely approachable. He listens attentively, provides clear guidance, and adapts the workouts so that I always feel challenged but never overwhelmed. I didn’t think I could feel this strong so quickly. Not only has the Perfect Workout helped me build physical strength, but it has motivated me to incorporate exercise into other parts of my week, even on the days I’m not at the gym. For the first time in years, I’m actually looking forward to working out! I’m amazed that I am actually enjoying the experience! If you’re looking for a place to work on building your strength and feeling better about yourself, this is the place!

    I was nervous about coming back to workout during COVID but Kathryn reassured me about the protocols they follow and I have felt very comfortable working out there. Kathryn is a great trainer—she gives me a lot of positive feedback and she is able to motivate me to always do that extra rep! I have had many trainers over the years but Kathryn is one of the very best I’ve ever had. Her always cheerful attitude is a real plus too!

    Love this workout! Trainers are encouraging but not demanding. Have lost over 20 pounds and down 2 sizes !!!!
