We came in feeling pretty stressed because our warranty was expiring in just a couple of weeks, and to top it off, the frames were discontinued. I was basically prepared to be told "sorry, nothing we can do." Sarah completely took charge. She didn't just give up when the computer said "discontinued." She went on a mission, making calls, checking every possible source, and just refused to take no for an answer. And she did it! She found the exact frames we needed! It was unbelievable. She turned a really frustrating situation into a huge win. Sarah's customer service is on another level—she genuinely cares and will work magic for you. Thank you, Sarah!!
