    My wife and I were recently in for our latest Covid and flu shots. Before going, I called to make sure we were eligible (60 and 55 yrs old). The manager, Stephanie, was very patient and helpful over the phone as she verified we were eligible. When we arrived everything was ready to go and Tony walked us through the paperwork and checked us in with a smile. I've used _a lot_ of local pharmacies over the years and unfortunately have run into a lot of "lumps" that were behind the counter. The group at the Heritage pharmacy actually seem happy to be there and are always very patient to take the extra 30 seconds to look at what our best options for payment are and answer any questions. It's gotten even better over the last year or so. I'm fortunate to have them in our corner. Please keep up the good work and know your employees at this location are appreciated by us. :) Scott

    I typically shop for groceries at the new HEB across the street from Kroger in Fort Worth. But, when it comes to the Kroger Pharmacy, they are tough to beat. I can't remember the pharmacist name there, but the gentleman is EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. Every time my wife and I go in together, he always asks how we are doing and if we have any questions or concerns about our prescriptions. He is beyond helpful and a pleasure to talk to!
