I’m not sure what their name was but they just sat and talked on the phone for 10 minutes without acknowledging me, then proceeded to give terrible customer service. I’m switching back to Walgreens.

Always waited at CVS drive through no less than 30 mins with 3 cars in front of me. Went to Krogers drove up got my meds & drove off in about 10 min or less with no problems. HUGH difference. Krogers worked with me to transfer my meds but CVS even gave Krogers a hard time. Very pleased with Krogers & very nice.

If you don't have the prescription ready, then you need to tell the customers to come back and at least show empathy to your customers. Terrible customer service. I'd leave ZERO stars if I could!
