However, the last time I tried to fill a prescription (for a medication I’ve been on for 8 years and Kroger has always filled with no issue), a male pharmacist refused to follow my doctor’s instructions and basically insinuated that I was an addict. He said he would do a partial fill and I could get the rest in thirty days. Once those those thirty days were up, I was told that the original prescription expired. This was right before a trip essentially robbing me of my medicine for a week while I’m out of town. He should lose his job for negligence and incompetence. I have changed to a local pharmacy (non-chain) where they have compassion and customer service.
