  My fiance bought the wrong product and I came in to the store to exchange it for what we were actually looking for the store manager Joseph mentioned that he remembered her and began to sell me and telling me that he thought he explained to her what she was buying... I mentioned I mentioned for the same price she could have gotten what we were actually looking for which is for hydration yet to Mr. Joeseph because it would give us less in return that "made no sence to him but okay" was his words... I called him out on being condencending and he said he apologized that how he responds when he is attacked... Now he is a victim in all this I mentioned I never came in asking who sold it to her or even why just that I wanted to exchange it and then I proceded to leave the store to go elsewhere.. Arrogance they have there in spades customer service skills they lack if only they pushed how to communicate like they do there products!!!! Their website say's that they do exchanges without a receipt you can either exchange or gift card again they (Joseph) said he can only exchange with a receipt....

  Came in for some pre workout and was assisted by Haley and Elizabeth. On the way out I mentioned having trouble sleeping and these two offered some help. I never knew GNC carried products that could assist with my sleep apnea. Thanks for the help ladies it was much appreciated 🙌🏽
