  The staff are friendly, the location is very clean, if you end up as a patient say this location it feels like you're in good hands. Only suggestion bring items to stay warm and entertained.

  My family had a bad experience here. This was my mother's first time here so we were told to come a 30 minutes early. We first walked in and stood by the front desk for 10 minutes where their was no receptionist. Finally a young lady came and told us we will be with you shortly . 6pm comes and no one has spoken to us. I go back to ask someone if theirs paper work we need to fill out its our first time here. He tells me sit down be with you shortly. 645 They come get us to fill out paperwork. My mother wasn't pulled back until 7 pm a hour late from scheduled time. I feel that some staff members need training in communication skills and being more professional . I felt that we were a bother to them. I know your tired and it's a long day but smile. We are All BUSY. I worked 12 hours that day as well.
