They create such a supportive, non-judgmental environment that makes it easy to show up, push yourself, and feel great doing it. CycleBar is so much fun! And everyone is there to focus on their own fitness journey, with literally no pressure or judgment. Highly recommend!!

She comes up with the best themes (love the Taylor Swift & Country rides) and always kills it on the choreo!!! I leave CB in the mornings so happy and ready to take on my day thanks to Lindsay!
