Lynda is my favorite instructor, she has such a great personality and always makes the class fun. She keeps us laughing, which makes the class fly by while still getting an amazing workout. After about five months of Pilates, I feel so much stronger and more confident. I actually look forward to going to class and working on my fitness every week. I’m really grateful for the supportive environment and amazing instructors!

My instructor Emily was mindful of my limitations and even stuck around afterwards to help me learn better methods of stretching. Megan was so kind and helpful with my intro process. Overall great studio full of kind and knowledgeable people!

My most recent experience with the front was disappointing and just left me very frustrated. Missy was unwilling to be helpful and when I asked to talk with management over a previous conversation we had about my account her response was giggling and saying I don't keep up with other peoples schedules not sure when they can call you back. It wasn't till I called back and asked for her name that she reached out and gave me a date time and who would contact me back.
