Good music,lighting not too bright, perfect temperature (not too hot, not freezing, right in the middle).
I tried their trial session and it was great! I plan to go back . The have memberships and I think they have drop in rates. Workers are super sweet, too.
I was nervous to go in, but everyone was polite and not judgemental.
Most of the class, you are laying on a padded device(the reformer). It was a great workout and i didnt hurt after.
