I not a fan of Albertsons cause the prices but I do always go here for my daughter's birthday cakes. They have better pick up cakes than Walmart. I got my daughter the small cake with cupcakes around it. Walmart definitely don't put those types of cake on display. That's why I always get them from Albertsons and they really be cute cakes too. I love it.

James is an amazing pharmacist, always very patient and understanding. He's gone to bat for me multiple times when the new receptionist at my doctor's office was giving me the run around. I'm seeing reviews that he is somehow racist, but I wouldn't believe that in a million years. He is nothing but kind and professional when my wife picks up my medications for me, and has not once displayed any kind of phobia. He, along with the rest of the staff, are the only reason I haven't rage-quit this pharmacy. I've been going for so long, they know me, along with my medical history, and always inquire if I'm okay when my medications drastically change. I feel like they actually care, unlike a lot of other pharmacies I've tried. That being said, I don't have many good things to say about it. The new app they've implemented is extremely clunky and hard to navigate. It lists out every version of every medication I've ever gotten filled and it gets confusing on which ones I need to refill. It also will claim a prescription is in the process of being refilled when I've already picked it up, and a couple times I've submitted refills that never went through, even though the app claims it did. They will auto-refill most prescriptions, however if I run out of refills, they will not automatically reach out to my doctor for a new one. I have to manually authorize that they reach out, which can get confusing and hectic considering I have so many medications all running out at different times. It would make being chronically ill much easier if they could just automatically request refills from the doctor, considering these are medications I'll be on for the rest of my life. Also, even if the medication is technically cheaper without insurance, they always charge me my insurance prices, causing me to pay more on some medications. The text updates have also changed since they've implemented the app, and it's just not as detailed as they used to be. Ultimately, I like the people, I'm just starting to not care for the new app, or some of their policies.

My wife's doctor says absolutely no masks. She has had 4 open heat surgeries and has an artificial heart valve and an insufficient pulmonary valve. Masks could cause her harm. When she let albertsons know she had a heart condition and couldn't wear a mask she was escorted from the store by security. Thanks for discriminating against my disabled wife who was only trying to get dinner for herself and my 6 year old. Shame on you.
