He rolled his eyes at my wife, told her that filling my mother in law’s prescriptions were “a waste of time”, and told us if we didn’t like how he handled the situation then we could go somewhere else. He continued by lying that my wife has been calling the store for the past few years and that he has had nothing but problems with her, my wife has only ever called twice! After confronting him he was completely unapologetic, non compassionate, and made excuses as to why he acted the way he did. We are just trying to help my mother in law get her medication!
