I have gone to other audiologist in the past but no comparison to Audio Nova. I saw Audio Nova advertised on Facebook and in the beginning I was not too sure what to expect. I called them and was greeted on the phone by Terry who is the most sweetest upbeat person you'll ever meet and she answered all my questions and scheduled me for an appointment with Julia Garcia, audiologist. The day of my appointment I was meet by Terry at the front desk and then meet Julia Garcia who is the Audiologist. She greeted my husband and I with a smile on her face and was very informative as to what to expect from the office visit. Julia even took time to answer some of my husbands questions. She performed my hearing test and went over the results with me and helped me in choosing the hearing aids best suited for me and my needs. Now I am among the Hearing. The quality of the hearing aids are remarkable. I am so glad that I went to Audio Nova the one off of Henderson in Fort Worth, Tx. I do not know everyone's name in the Fort Worth office yet, but every time I have gone into the office I am always greeted with kind smiles and the upmost respect.
