  Keenan is a great instructor. Her classes are challenging, she provides useful cues and tips during each exercise, and she blends some contemporary moves into her classical approach. She does a great job assessing our capabilities and skill levels, then modifying accordingly. Five of five stars for her every time!

  The manager is never available. I had issues with a gift card that I got for Christmas. I took it into the store multiple times to have it applied to my account, but because the manager doesn't train her employees on all business functions and is never in herself, it took 4 months before I was able to have it sorted out. They also tried to tell me that gift cards can only be used on in store purchases, which it says nowhere on the card and the person who bought it for me was not warned of this. I also had all the credits taken out of my account in the middle of the month and my classes cancelled at random. When I brought this to their attention, they were able to rebook one of the two classes I'd lost but asked me to rebook the second class with the next batch of credits I received. This is essentially stealing a class from me. I had to quit because the management was too chaotic. The instructors are great, the studio is clean and modern, and I would have liked to be able to make it work, but the manager is clearly uninterested in being an actual business owner. She leaves employees who don't know all business functions to answer on her behalf, and when they try to call her to ask a question, there's never a response. It's a shame because the people who work the desk are not to blame and are being unfairly made to face dissatisfied customers on the manager's behalf. True business professionals are accountable for the services they provide and show up for their customers. It is mortifying that this is how she chooses to run her business.
