Unfortunately, the level of effort and care from the current staff was very disappointing. In a medical setting, compassion and a willingness to help should be a priority. In particular, Lizzet seemed completely unbothered and provided very poor customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

After calling and being told my meds would be ready in 1 hr, I go to pick up to find out they’re not ready. I’m told another hour. I go back in about 3 hrs and they’re still not ready. I’m told to circle back into the long drive through at 7pm! Ridiculous. Will be switching pharmacies.
