I said “good morning I’m here to pick up a prescription “ her response was “okay” and proceeded to stare at me as if my presence annoyed her. She slams my credit card, throws the clip board and huff and puffed the entire interaction. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by going to pick up my meds! So sad

My doctor gave me 2 medication refills and instead of going off of the new order with refills on it they went off the old one with none. I was in limbo for 5 days with them blaming my doctor and it ended up being their fault. So I had severe withdrawal symptoms from my medication because I can’t afford to pay out of pocket without the approval. So I got very sick because of their mistake. Do not go here. There are many other pharmacies in town with people that know how to do their job effectively.

- SSSydney StaplesJul 17, 20251.0I picked up medication yesterday for my husband and me. When I was there I told them that I only need zepbound and my husband’s medication. They handed me multiple bags that turned out to be two other medications for me that I haven’t been on for over a year and I am allergic to one. When I called the man I spoke to was extremely rude, condescending, demeaning right off the bat. He was mocking me when I was able to talk which wasn’t much, told me I took no responsibility when I asked why they gave me medication that I am allergic to and it says it on my profile, he said “oh you’re a rough one aren’t you”, “you get off on arguing the little details don’t you?” And other unprovoked insults. I barely got a word in and I honestly have never been spoken to this way.
