  I was deathly ill for 10 days, I went through my prescription (Alprazolam) much faster than usual (literally the first time I've ever done this) in order to find relief and get some sleep during my sickness. I explained this to my doctor, he called in my prescription in early. I called to get it filled early and the woman told me that I had to have my doctor call and state that it was an early refill. I did and my doctor told them it was ok to refill them early. They refused to fill it, manager was definitely on a power trip. Would not recommend to anyone, horrible service.

  My interaction this past Saturday the 8th with Tiffany was as terrible. I’ll never understand why someone in a customer service position needs to be so rude! I said “good morning I’m here to pick up a prescription “ her response was “okay” and proceeded to stare at me as if my presence annoyed her. She slams my credit card, throws the clip board and huff and puffed the entire interaction. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by going to pick up my meds! So sad

  Their ignorance is dangerous. Do not go here. My doctor gave me 2 medication refills and instead of going off of the new order with refills on it they went off the old one with none. I was in limbo for 5 days with them blaming my doctor and it ended up being their fault. So I had severe withdrawal symptoms from my medication because I can’t afford to pay out of pocket without the approval. So I got very sick because of their mistake. Do not go here. There are many other pharmacies in town with people that know how to do their job effectively.
