  Very efficient and friendly lady, Nai (?, sorry if I didn't get the spelling right). Got the vein at the first try. <5 min wait (had made an appointment). Allowed me to combine tests from the doctor (through insurance, for my annual check) and from a purchase online, on the same draw. Thank you!

  Everything was fast and smooth, even tho I arrived over 30 min early personal attend me as soon as they got done. Less than 30 min in and out.

  Zero STARS! Horrible customer service, rude, dismissive, and unbelievably unprofessional! I had an appointment, did a mobile check in. Apparently, it didn't check me in. When I spoke with the lab tech she was rude, asked me why I didn't check the kiosk. I told her because all the instruction said all you have to do was mobile check in. I get it technology is an issue sometimes but the attitude like I was bothering her and sharp answers, unwilling to help floored me! I will never go to this location again!!!
