Y'all need to give Kimberly a raise immediately. Pay her whatever it takes to keep her. Her customer service and people skills are top tier.

Rude, impatient and incompetent staff. I had a walk in appointment for electronically submitted tests two weeks ago. The staff could not have been more dismissive and refused to respond to any questions when I tried to confirm the tests they were drawing were correct. Two weeks after my draw I still didn’t have results so I called and waited on hold for another 20 minutes. Turns out they never even ran my tests and my orders were still in the system. So now I have to wait another month for my cycle to be in the correct phase to be redrawn and fast/miss work again to have the tests completed yet again. This has caused me to have to reschedule two doctor appointments and delayed my treatment for a month. Absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary incompetence especially in this field of work. Not once did anyone apologize or even seem the least bit concerned about the impact their ineptitude caused. If you have the option to go anywhere else I would avoid this company at all costs as they clearly do not care about their clients.
I had a WONDERFUL experience with Kimberly, the tech at Quest in Flower Mound. We do not have traditional insurance (medical share) and my functional med PCP ordered a bunch of blood work that was going to cost over $6,000, which I could not do. Kimberly took the time to help walk me through the purchase of each test via Ulta Labs online, which in turn, sent the order right over to Quest within 20 minutes. I was worried after fasting, I'd have to go somewhere else or come back another day. Ordering via Ulta, dropped the cost down to $1,100. Not only was Kimberly so helpful with this process and patient, but she was fun to chat with and we laughed the entire time she was drawing SEVENTEEN vials. I don't think I've ever had a more relaxed experience going to a lab. Thank you Kimberly for your assistance, kindness and joy you bring to your job. Quest is lucky to have you!!

I’ve used this location for myself twice and my child just a few minutes ago. My kid has a real fear of needles, and Chantilla was incredible. My child felt taken care of and completely at ease by the time the vials were being filled. We both have had amazing experiences here and the phlebotomist are clearly very good at what they do. We live in another town, but drive to this location specifically for their care and expertise.

Kimberly was such a blessing to me yesterday. She’s a true patient advocate and helped calm me down when I got teary eyed about how much a celiac test was going to cost. She talked me through that we could hold off on this test, I can chat with my doctor and see what other options there are. With insurance it was going to be well over $400 and I was not prepared to pay that amount. She is a true angel on earth!
