The staff at the front desk were on their phones and did not seem welcoming or attentive. Overall, the visit did not feel friendly or professional. This is not the level of service I expect from an imaging facility that is supposed to focus on patient care. I hope improvements are made to create a cleaner and more patient-focused environment.
