I showed up earlier than my appointment, but they were very accommodating and made time for me without rushing anything. The staff were super friendly and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained things clearly, talked through different options with me, and helped me understand what would work with my insurance. Overall, everyone was really welcoming and easy to talk to. Definitely a good experience.
