(I thought they were using the measurments already placed in my records from another store, but no- just no measurments!). I discoverd quickly I could not wear the new lgasses for work on a computer but was traveling for almost a month. I returned to the store to ask for a remake of the lenses because they were not usable- I was told it as past the 30 day return. I came back to my "old" Flower Mound store and they worked with me to find a resolution and get a pair of glasses that were usable. I can't say enough good things about them- and will drive the extra miles for good service.
