    I have no problem with the people or this pharmacy. Everyone has always been very nice. It’s a shame all the bad stars from 3+ years ago are still here.

    I recently had a perscription that I needed to get as soon as possible. This location unfortunately didn’t not have enough. A Kroger pharmacy employee went out of their way to go pick the pills in Denton to bring it to the Cross Timbers location. I was astounded that Kroger went beyond their normal wonderful customer service. Thank you!!

    We have been using them since they opened. Very cooperative and glad to answer any question. If they don't have the medication in stock they have even helped finding a pharmacy that does. Dena, pharmacist in charge is fantastic.

    I was sad to see the reviews under this particular Kroger. I have been going to this Kroger Pharmacy for 31 years. I know with Covid that staffing has taken a hit at this location. I feel for the past customers that have left reviews because when you NEED your prescription you don't want the run around. All I can do is relay my experience and gratitude to Dena and her staff. Mike use to be at this location too but has moved over to the 3040 location in Flower Mound. Both managers have always been very helpful and I feel lucky to have known them both for all these years. They have always taken great care of me and my families needs.

    I went there at 4:15 to fill a Rx. They didn't have enough to fill my RX, which is fine. However; Amy and Joseph were rude and unprofessional. At one point Amy asked me if I knew the price of the drug, questioning if I can afford it. Joseph accused me of lying about how long I had waited. He said, "You should check your watch!" After 2 tries and almost 2 hours later I took my RX and left. I was so upset, i chased down Ops Mnr Pedro and told him what happened. He was embarrassed. Never again!
