Club Pilates Flower Mound is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
Stay away from this studio! Unfortunately, I overheard the instructor, Melissa J, making comments (with Diane R and another member who was sitting on the first reformer ) about me canceling my membership--apparently unaware that I was in class. The remarks were unprofessional and, frankly, quite hurtful, especially coming from someone representing a studio I've been a part of. It felt disrespectful and made for a very uncomfortable experience.
I've already cancelled my membership, and I hope this doesn't happen to another member.

Be very careful before signing up here. Club Pilates business practices are abhorrent. You will have to book your classes about a month out, and if you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so at least 12 hours before or you lose the $25 you paid for that class. And you can’t be more than 5 minutes late for a class or you can’t do that class and you lose your money for that class. You don’t get a credit or something, you lose that money.
When you sign up, the front desk will not VERBALLY discuss that Club Pilates requires a 3-month minimum contract. They will tell you that if you want to pause or cancel your membership, you need to give 30-days notice and that you must be paid up for the month, but they will never TELL you must pay $180/month for 3 months minimum. And yes, you’re initialing and signing things digitally while talking to the front desk staff who are perfectly charming but NEVER stops and explains the 3-month minimum. And there’s an early cancellation fee, which they also don’t tell you about.
I know what you’re thinking…I should have read everything that I signed. I agree, I should have. I’ve honestly never had the experience of entering into a contract without the staff making it ABUNDANTLY clear that you were, indeed, entering into a contract. I heard about the 30-day written notice, but not a contract. Were they willfully opaque about that in order to squeeze a little more money out of me? I can’t imagine that this behavior is sanctioned by Club Pilates as a business? Or is it part of their business model?
I just know that they’re threatening to take me to collections and have called and emailed a distracting number of times, so they’re squeezing an extra $180 out of me. Good for them, I guess. I just think that’s a really shady business practice and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Quick update: the manager, Diane R. is trying to get me to text her my credit card information. Her personally, not the business or a third party site. She is asking me to send my credit card info to her PERSONALLY. Sounds legit.

I’ve been a member for several years now and can’t recommend Club Pilates enough! My fav part besides the physical strength and flexibility I’ve gained, is the “community” of friends I’ve added ! Everyone is so friendly and supportive! As an old lady, don’t be intimidated by the name, Pilates allows you to work at your own pace, ability level and work around any limitations or injuries! Come join us!! You’ll be glad u did!! 💪😘

Pilates provides a great overall low impact body workout and strengthens the core. It has really toned my body and helped with flexibility and posture. Club Pilates Flower Mound has a wide variety of classes and times everyday of the week making it easy to fit in to my schedule. With COVID, they have taken additional cleaning precautions ensuring a safe environment. The instructors keep the classes interesting, challenging (with modifications for anyone with limitations) and fun. The entire staff is friendly and encouraging. They are open to suggestions and provide optional challenges for discounts/free items. There is a sense of community as soon as you walk in the door no matter your level of experience. Come have some healthy fun at this happy place!
