They have flat out lied about issuing a refund to Medicare. This business is about making money not helping people. They have interfered with medical treatment and care that has contributed to the physical decline of my LO. They have refused to provide a way to request medical records and correspondence when requested which is illegal. They have fired my LO from service leaving him stranded with no way of getting needed medical equipment knowing full well that another company won’t service a chair they didn’t provide. DO NOT USE ANY BRANCH OF NSM.

I met Mr. Brent Orr over two decades ago, and ever since, he has been my go-to professional for all things related to medical equipment and supplies. I am completely paralyzed from the chest down, which means my needs are very specific — from detailed measurements to customized adjustments. Yet for more than 20 years, Mr. Orr has consistently met every one of those needs with exceptional patience, expertise, and care. During my most recent visit with N.S.M., I also had the pleasure of speaking with Imelda, who was impressively knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.
