  Office was very nice about a last minute visit due to an emergency and no other place was open. And the Doctor was amazing!

  The doctor is excellent, and the physicians at this location are excellent. However, there is a serious issue with customer service, especially at the front desk. During a phone call, the receptionist abruptly hung up on me and later claimed she had provided information I never heard, attempting to charge me an unjustified $25 fee. The receptionist was quite rude, which made the experience very unpleasant. Unfortunately, despite the quality of the doctors, the poor customer service has left a lot to be desired. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. They also didn't let me use the restroom, even though I was a customer

  My first visit with Dr. Williams informed me he is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office was clean and orderly, and I was quickly seen for my appointment - as well as treated well within the time it took for previous eye exam experiences.
