  Our experience was fantastic and it was a very friendly environment among the doctor and the people that worked there. They helped us and explained everything to us clearly. I would definitely go there again and refer the place to my family and friends.

  If we had to make a list of our all time top 5 greatest guest experience today encounter at this target optical in Euless would make that list! Khadija is exactly the kind of team member I would want to have on my team and target is very lucky to have her!

  I have to say, when I initially dropped of my prescription with Laurie…. I knew I had made the best decision at getting glasses here, as it was my first time here. It wasn’t until I called to inquire about my glasses that I experienced total disrespect and ugly customer service. I telephoned the store about 0900 on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Because the store was closed, I left a message expecting a return call. It wasn’t until 3:30 that Alix decided to return my call. Stating she text me to inform me that my glasses was ready for pick up. I informed her that I had NOT received a message from her. While on the phone with her is when I received the text message. I informed her I was headed to pick up my glasses. She made it a clear point to inform me that “we close at 4”. I don’t think she was interested in helping me at all as she called me back 30 mins prior to the store closing for the day. I wholeheartedly give Laurie 10 STARS… Alix, ZERO!
