- CHcraig hansonJan 24, 20262.0Unfortunately, HEB has a long way to go just to catch up, and they'll still be in last place as far as pharmacies go, in Elgin,Tx. Their automated services are really a joke. Their automated call will notify me that I have, for example, 2 prescriptions ready for pick up. Upon arriving at the pharmacy, they will check their records only to notify me that they actually have NOTHING for me. This happened no less than 3 separate times to me within 2 months until I was forced to go to CVS. The only reason I chose them in the first place was out of convenience that just didn't exist.
- SKShailiah KermaniNov 19, 20251.0I moved to the Elgin area recently and had to change my pharmacy. I have never had so many issues with my previous HEB pharmacy as I have with this one in such a short period of time. This last time was the final straw; I placed an order for 3 prescriptions and received 3 bottles, one bottle for one prescription, and two bottles for another, but the third was completely missing. The pharmacist kept insisting that it had been picked up, but I never received it. I had to pay extra to get it refilled when I should have just gotten the right bottles to begin with. This has been an ongoing issue for me and the members of my family, as well as MANY other problems. HIGHLY do not recommend. I'm switching to the Manor pharmacy, because hopefully they're actually able to correctly fill my prescriptions the first time I ask.
- BTBunny TikhonskiApr 15, 20241.0horrible experience every single time i’ve tried to fill my dog’s prescription here. they either misplace their medications and say they don’t have it in stock or they lose the entire prescription after it’s been faxed over by the doctor themselves. do not recommend this pharmacy at all. i would give it zero stars if i could.
