  Place is so disorganized have 2 kids needing testing for the same infection was told make 1 appointment for both ok no problem seen the nurse same thing was told no 1 appointment for both kids. Today I went in and one the nurses there made it a big deal that we didn’t make an appointment for both kids an asked who it was that said we could do that and my wife said it was that nurse who was walking by at the time and she said if it was her it was fine. You all need to stop confusing ppl and get your all policy together instead of making my wife look like a fool

  I love coming to the NE facility Mathew at the front window is always pleasant and helpful and the tech the did my bone density test she was fabulous! God bless you all

  I came in with three kids who all needed their blood drawn. I was stressed to go because my youngest had developed a fear of needles. I had nothing to fear... Savannah kept him calm and put him at ease. We were out of there in 15 minutes! Thank you Savannah for your kindness and professionalism.
