  This review is for the Osborne Dr location. There was an apparent gas leak at the Cliff Dr. location on the day of my appointment and when I arrived, I was informed that all appointments had been cancelled. Other patients who arrived after me were also told the same thing. Instead, all were being redirected to the Quest location on Osborne Dr. Despite having their own busy schedule for the day already, the staff at Osborne welcomed us (a wave of patients) coming from a different location, without an appointment and took care of us in a timely manner. The phlebotomist, Juan was professional, approachable, enthusiastic and highly skilled at his job. This type of customer service is the reason why I always choose Quest. Thank you!

  Excellent customer service. I noticed that an elderly lady needed help and one of the lab workers was able to come out and help the lady get signed in. This shows their dedication and they are willing to go out their way to hep someone in need. Their customer services are excellent!
