  The key apparently is to be pushy and insistent. If you check in as a walk in, and sit quietly and wait patiently, anyone else who comes in after you acting insistent or pushy will be seen before you. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

  I took my daughter in for an iron workup, and the experience was very disappointing. The female phlebotomist (I don’t know her name) poked her once and then said my daughter was moving too much, when she wasn't moving at all. She still managed to draw about a quarter of the bottle but said it wasn’t enough. The whole process felt very unprofessional, and it didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Drawing blood from a baby requires patience and care, and the bedside manner here was not good at all. They really need to work on being more skilled when dealing with infants. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

  Loved my experience here with Tony. He was so kind and made sure I was comfortable while getting my blood drawn. I won’t go anywhere else for my bloodwork and will be visiting this location again in the future!
