If i could leave 0 stars I would.. i took my 2 year old daughter here and not only did they not do what my pediatrician asked for but they never reach out to let me know she needed to go back .. i dont think there should be mistakes like this specially if it comes down to a childs health. Never going back

Ten minutes late. The lady was nice and no hassle.

Came here with lab order and appointment. Assumed it would be an easy appointment since I had my order. They had no idea what they were doing. Didn’t let me get my order because my order didn’t have my doctors “NPI number.” Going to a different lab. They are no help

Healthcare is already a challenge to navigate. This location adds rudeness and apathy to an already difficult situation. No matter how nice you are, you’re received with discontent.

I took my daughter to Quest Diagnostics for blood work at this location because it’s close to my home. I’ve been to other Quest locations before and have done walk-ins without an appointment and was usually called back within 10 minutes or less, so I expected a similar experience. We signed in around 12:00 PM. The system showed three walk-ins ahead of us and estimated a 30–60 minute wait time. There was even an available appointment at 1:20 PM, but I assumed we would be called before then based on my past experiences. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After waiting about an hour, I asked one of the staff members how much longer the wait would be. She informed me she was the only one working because everyone else was at lunch, and that appointment times take priority (which I completely understand). However, after waiting 2½ hours, we were still not called back. At that point, I scheduled an appointment at a different location. I understand that appointments come first, but having only one staff member working during peak hours creates extremely long wait times and is very frustrating, especially when bringing a child for lab work. This experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning to this location.
