Terrible service Quest 1831 N. Zaragoza . My appointment was at 12:20, but I wasn't seen until 12:45—and on top of that, they charged me twice. They didn't even tell me what the first charge was for. They issue charges without sending an invoice. While the young woman assisting me was entering my information into her system, she charged me $10; I took out my card and paid. The very next minute, she told me it was another $2. I asked her, "If you already charged me $10, why are you charging me again?" She simply replied that it was an outstanding balance from an invoice recorded in the system. I immediately objected and told her to cancel the charge, as I had no idea what it was for. She told me that the system wouldn't allow her to view the details—she only had an invoice number. I confronted her, asking why she hadn't told me this right from the start, instead of simply proceeding to charge me. I spent half an hour arguing with her, trying to figure out what the charge was for. Be careful with this type of situation there are a bunch of thieves.

I was treated like garbage. Im 70 and in a wheelchair a d have a heavy oxygen ma Hine. She never greeted me or tried to help me down the hall. She was rude and ugly..and the supervisor too. She wouldn't ask me for the orders, but talked about me over myhead.as if she assumed I'm too stupid to knowwhy I was there. Repeatedly ignored me when i tried to ask her a simple question as didthesupervisor .and wouldn't help me dow the hall as I'm trying to wheel myself with one hand carrying my very heavy oxygen converter. She couldn't en ter my orders in the computer and the supervisor tried to hit me up for a bill I ready paid. When I showed her the confirmation number Igota blank stare. No courtesy, no manners, and so discrimatory against people with disabilities imgoi g to file with the ACLU. ] . ]

Flor the flobotmist was excellent, she remembered us from a previous visit! She made our visit as pleasant as possible!! She scheduled an appointment for a follow up test for the next day, our return visit was fast and very well done. The results are always available on your phone so you have chance to review it before going to the doctor! Great place, highly recommend. 😁
