The staff at the Gateway office was able to accommodate me the same day, which I truly appreciated. The front desk team was patient and kind, making the entire process smooth from the start. Rebecca took the time to ensure everything was in order and clearly explained the risks and post-care instructions, which made me feel confident and informed. Dr. Reo Pugao, MD was also very kind and reassuring throughout the visit. Scheduling my procedure was quick and easy. I’m truly thankful for this team and the care they provided.😊
