  Beware sneaky charges, especially if you're using your FSA/HSA. I brought in my own frames for new lenses. When I asked about options and pricing, the associate wrote down two amounts for each option and walked me through the differences. She presented the first amount as the lens cost and the second amount as an add-on charge. But the second charge ($29.95) was actually for an ExpressCare+ one-year warranty, which is not FSA-eligible. I would have declined it had I known. Now I'm stuck disputing ineligible FSA charges I never agreed to. The lenses were finished quickly, which is the only reason this isn't a one-star review. I was considering coming back to use my vision insurance — but this experience has changed my mind.

  So unprofessional at this place. Having employees talking abt a client in whispers behind a counter n just staring. One of them that looks like hes straight from mexico and he refuses to speak spanish to my mother. I want management to reach out to me pls.

  Came from Las Cruces as they are booked out for months. This store is smaller but the workers are very quick and attentive. Glasses ready in 20 minutes. Great overall experience
