He confirmed that PF will not call the police to protect all PF members if there is a crime committed on premises, unless a PF employee witnessed the event. Your eyewitness testimony to the incident, as far as PF is concerned, is you have been involved in a he said she said, and thier name is Wess, and it's not their mess. So sad, to see what things have become.

- VHVictoria HernandezOct 8, 20251.0I’ve had plant fitness on and off for years, only because of the convenience of location. I’ve had billing issues in the past and still decided to continue. I recently requested cancelation of my membership, but decided to change my mind and keep my membership. I called to see what was needed to remove cancellation and I was told I can do it online. (I couldn’t do it online) I then called and they said to go in person. I did. At 5am when I usually work out. No manager on site to make any changes. If you’re gonna be open for business, please have someone working who can actually help with the accounts if need be. I called today AGAIN to make sure I got the correct information and I was told to go in. I stopped on my way home from work and guess what? NO MANAGER that could change my status of my membership. Yall make it impossible to do anything. And the nice boy at the desk suggested I just let my membership cancel and start a new one. 🫠 I’ve always seen planet staff as incompetent and I don’t think that’s ever going to change. But it’s the closest to my house so I suppose I’ll just let my membership cancel and like… start a new one I guess instead of chasing down someone who can actually do something for me. Do better, please.
