They will not take your report seriously, and say that a simple eyewitness report ,(your report) is not sufficient at the gym - when that gym lives off of the slogans "You Belong & Judgment Free Zone". PF appears to be more like the NO Accountability Zone!

- SPShaun PolkOct 27, 20253.0The gym is always clean. And I understand on sundays they close at 7. However I was on the treadmill and almost finished with my cooldown. I timed it to be done at exactly 7. At 6:58 the lights were shut off with several people in the gym. I get it. Your closing you wanna go home. I just thought it was not only rude but dangerous. People on machines with their eyes needing to readjust and find their way out. To me just didn’t seem like the best way to close up shop for the day.

Always packed with very little weights to use as people seem to not have the courtesy to place them back in place. More often then not the equipment is being reupholstered or repaired. Groups of people literally owning the machines that you would have to wait 20 minutes for a smith. And I could keep going.... This is my closest location yet I much rather drive farther.
