Huge shoutout to Ray and Kim at the LensCrafters in CIELO Vista Mall — truly standout people! They helped me with my eye exam, glasses, and contacts, and somehow made the whole process feel effortless. Customer service was genuinely above and beyond. The only heads-up: this location’s a bit tricky to find (second floor, tucked in the corner), but totally worth it once you’re there.

Our daughter damaged her glasses so we visited this location looking for a new pair. Mr Andrew and his staff were extremely helpful and went up and beyond to help us! He explored various possibilities to find us a solution and made sure we were taken care of! Thank you again for the wonderful customer service!

This was my first time with LensCrafters and I was impressed! Very nice staff. The young man really made me feel comfortable while doing all the tests. I feel like my eyes were thoroughly checked and I had my questions answered about my contact fitting and for the first time I’m wearing contacts that actually feel great. Even though it was a virtual Dr, I felt like she was there in person. And the contact price for a year was great! Definitely coming back. Yall rock.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
