I understand that and a guy like me doesn’t have a car so I try to go out of my way and call the phone right literally every 30 minutes or every hour that I call for the past four hours and no answer at all I don’t understand how they can’t answer the phone that way I could just ask if I’m allowed to go over there that way I don’t waste my time going over there I don’t know just a thought
