I just want to say how AMAZING the first shift staff was like omg 🥹 I was so embarrassed but they were so extremely helpful and in a situation that was uncomfortable for me they made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. They handled everything so perfectly. They're not like most places where they make you feel awful or are mean. They literally stuck with me to the end making sure I was okay. I literally cried when I got home because of how amazing they were. They really do care about you. By far THE BEST CENTER IN EL PASO to go too. I definitely recommend.🩷🙏🏻 Thank Y'all!
- SSsneakybeats62Nov 3, 20253.0They're starting to cut their pay. The monthly bonus used to be $45, now it's $10. The base pay used to be $55 and $70. Now it's $50 and $70. The loss of the $5 dollars really matters if you intend to withdraw cash at the atm to deposit into your bank. If you can't find an atm that allows withdraws in incrimemts of 10 then you end up leaving almost $20 on the pay card at the end of the week. With the $5 you can withdraw $120. Personally I need every dollar in the bank not on the pay card. This problem exists because Fintwist, the pay card company Ked partnered with, charges $1.50 for atm withdraws. Most, but not all of the staff, are polite and friendly. I have had a few interactions with a girl named Jasmine that isn't very polite and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to her day. I believe she's some level of management as well. I just hope they don't continue to cut the pay because I like it here and would hate to have to leave to find better pay.
- AMAdrian MillanNov 1, 20255.0These site is the best one in el paso, and I've never seen anyone here in a bad mood, I was reading the comments people put in here but omg they have never ever ever been in a bad mood or anything, most of us that go to places to donate plasma are people that just cant do well and have to do that and yes it isn't something I love doing, but this place in particular and the people that work there ALL of them literally I've felts like I've known them all my life, of course it's a job nobody wants wo work all day but I've been going there almost 2 years and the people that has been there since day one is there today so they also love working there, the only thing I could say to everyone of you is THANK YOU, thanks a lot guys you guys Rock ❣️🖤
