    I returned to this facility and they still ROCK. The first day I returned the lobby was quite full, so full I was considering not staying, however, the screeners were on the ball. They were screening donors (new and returning)with quickness. Desire, my screener, was / is very professional and she has a fantastic personality. Josie, the nurse who performed my physical was PHENOMENAL. I wish I had enough characters to express this. Greg is just the bees knees. Roberto, one of the phlebotomist is coming for Greg’s crown lol. He also has a wonderful disposition. Keep up the great work. You all deserve a raise.

    Loved this plasma place all because of Carlos! He is great at what he does and welcoming.. he needs a raise for the hospitality that he gave me being nervous about the needle ! Will be making this my everyday plasma place thanks to him
