    We turned to Home Instead when my father-in-law needed daily care, and we could not have asked for a better team. Their caregivers treated him with genuine kindness and dignity.     I'd give fewer stars if I could. I could not wait to post this, but had to wait until after my dear mom had passed out of fear of reprisal. Reading some of the good reviews here baffles me, yet I remain happy for those individuals in their trying, emotional times. I suppose it is hit and miss as I have had a few really good girls, but the vast majority are grossly under trained. When complaint made to the owner, he relies on the word of employees with regard to care provided despite evidence to the contrary. If you want them to buy you groceries, they might be fine, but for any sort of patient comfort or true caring this company is a joke.

    Brandy and Sam Patton are very caring individuals who run a top notch agency! Their caregivers provided the best of care when our family suddenly needed help with my 99 year old mom. They responded to my initial needs within hours,and provided us with consistent, capable,and loving caregivers. I highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care of El Paso Texas!
