  They charge an extra 39 dollars for retinal imaging and its now "required." It used to be optional. Not to mention that they claim that its required because the doctor isn't present, even though other places in El Paso who have telehealth appointments don't force you to pay. They also place the blame on insurances, you can tell they just care about getting as much out of pocket money out of you as possible. Don't recommend at all, they are not flexile, you can also see other bad reviews about similar problems.

  This was such a pleasant place to go to for my first visit to an optometrist since 2021. Everyone was really nice, answered all my questions, and got me help with frames next door. Devin was the one who helped me out today and it was very fun talking to him while we went through the usual eye exam procedures. Highly recommend this place! 👌👌👌

  I want to share my positive experience with y'all. From scheduling my appointment to picking up my trail contact lenses, the whole process was great! When I arrived the staff was friendly, they welcome you with actual smiles and the willingness to assist with any questions you may have. Once they check you in they ask you to wait in there waiting room, which was no longer than five minutes and I was called in. The technology they have makes you feel that they really care about your eye health and how assures you that they will be able to resolve any deficiencies, if any, that your eyes may have. After they completed all my test they sit you in a room to wait for the doctor. This is the best part, the doctor appears on a large screen in the room, teledoctors! How fancy! Both my doctors were women and they were super nice, professional and they recommended intake three prescriptions, one for contact lenses, one for readers and one for combined reading and far sight, for whatever I was more comfortable with! They offered me a trial set of contact lenses one lens to help with my slight astigmatism. They explain that I wouldbe invited back to ensure the lenses fit me properly and then again to see I was doing with my lenses. It's a process, but a process I can certainly respect and appreciate, because again your eyes are important. When I arrived for my second visit the service was the same friendly and prompt, the same as the first service. My technician was spectacular, he was the tall slender guy with black nail polish and great silver jewelry. He was light hearted and cracked a joke here and there to make you feel like he's known you forever. Although I had an out of pocket expense because of the type of eye exam I requested it was minimal and I didn't question it. I strongly recommend you get your eye exam here, they live up to their name and you walk out knowing all of your need are being met. What are you waiting for? Schedule your appointment NOW!
