  Person was respectful in the conversation. She mentioned they had room for an appointment and I asked will the appointment be respected or do you over schedule appointments to were I am stuck there for 2 hours before I am seen for a check up? At that point she said she would send my primary notice that they can't see me. I see nothing wrong with the question as we all have busy lives and if it is an appointment than that is time set for a person to be seen not to schedule 5 appointments at the same time purposely and now you have the person there for hours which would be inconsiderate for the patient thats why its called an appointment. This was going to be the first time seeing this doctor. Hopefully this feedback will help to reevaluate how they schedule and make it about quality care the way it should be. I hope this was a mistake on the receptionist part and not the way the doctor runs his practice but I didn't even get to meet him so I cannot speak on the doctor.

  My visit to Dr. Gonzalez office, was very pleasant.The ladies at the fron desk, were very polite and courteous . I arrived by appointment and was quickly checked in and soon taken to one of the rooms in the back, where I was met by Dr. Gonzalez. I explained to him why I was there and he quickly gave me some options of what we could do. He assured me that there would be no pain, that was my main concern. He quickly prep my toe and numbed it. Made sure It didn't hurt and asked me a few times during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his staff to any one.
